Baby Massage 5 session course

October 10th at 10.00am – includes ‘Halloween’ themed week

Our 5 week course offers you and your baby a fun and relaxed activity to enjoy together.

You will learn how to massage your baby safely whilst learning about the numerous benefits of this ancient practice; including techniques to relieve wind, constipation, teething pains, and also aid better sleep.

What better way to get to know your new baby than in this dedicated 75 minute class. We provide an organic massage oil for you to keep, a take home booklet with all the massage instructions, a keepsake milestone card and end of course certificate. All you need to bring is a small blanket for your baby to lie on.
