Baby Yoga 5 week course
November 11th at 12.30pm
Our baby yoga classes are for babies from around 12 weeks to pre-crawling. On our course you will learn a combination of holds for your baby, and stretching and postnatal/core strengthening yoga work for you.
We incorporate fun and easy to remember songs and rhymes and we play some games whilst doing adapted yoga moves for your baby. At the end of the session we finish with a lovely short relaxation.
Practicing all of this will help your baby’s developmental milestones including rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, all through fun interaction. It really helps to build co-ordination and balance whilst helping babies’ physical, emotional and social development.
