Hypnobirthing 2 session course

October 11th & 25th at 4pm to 8.30pm

Our 2 session course offers you and your birth partner dedicated time to prepare for your babies arrival.

I’m sure you’ve heard people say “you can’t prepare for the birth, there’s no point as anything can happen”. We agree that anything can happen, but wouldn’t it be better if you had thought about all the different scenarios and leant how to deal with them calmly, positively and confidently so that your birth story was one of the positive ones.

Our course will do just that, teaching you practical, informative and useful techniques to use not just in the birth, but during your pregnancy and afterwards, it’s a skill for life. The content includes: breathe work, relaxation technique’s, visualisations, a booklet to read, links to useful information, real birth videos, and log into The Wise Hippo Hub. Our course also covers helpful information on breast feeding, what to expect once your baby arrives and the fourth trimester.

These Hypnobirthing 2 session courses are for mums-to-be and birth partner – our course includes a complimentary pregnancy massage which can be taken anytime from booking onto the course. If you have a freiend who is also pregnant and maybe interested in doing the course at the same time, we offer a discount for both of you (ask for details).

Our courses are held at our Bath location on George Street, Bath and parking is close by at Charlotte Street Car Park and Broad Street Car Park. Polly offers the course at her Devon location also (please ask for details).+
