This July myself and Julie Lee are launching our new Matrescence workshops – these thought provoking workshops are for mothers negotiating the emotional reality of early motherhood.
Over 2 hours we will offer a supportive and inclusive space for you to relax and have the space to focus on this new period in your life you have entered. This supportive group will help you feel less alone in the fourth trimester.
